Dear Third Party Recruiter,
Thank you for visiting our website to learn more about Northbridge and the potential business relationships and opportunities for you.
We do work with third party recruiting agencies on occasion as we recognize the importance of recruiters needing extra assistance when it comes to recruiting for positions. Those on our vendor list work closely with our internal recruiting staff. A lot of time and effort goes into finding that right match. As a result, we work with a very small group of third party recruiters.
Due to the number of solicitations we receive from recruiters, we perform an annual review of the firms on our preferred vendor list. All recruiting contracts are also reviewed annually and renewed where applicable.
If you would like to be considered as a potential future recruiting vendor, please send an email to [email protected]. Please note that this process only qualifies you as a potential future vendor and does not qualify you as an approved vendor.
All vendors must have a signed Northbridge vendor agreement from a member of the Northbridge HR department to receive payment for your placement. The agreement must be dated no later than one year previous to the date of the resume submission.
Northbridge will not pay a fee to an external recruiter that does not have a signed Northbridge vendor agreement form from Human Resources (HR). Any resume submitted to any employee of Northbridge without having a Northbridge vendor agreement in place will be considered property of Northbridge and Northbridge will not be held liable to pay a placement fee. Obtaining a signed vendor agreement from a member of the HR team is the only way you will be paid. Verbal commitments from any other member of the Northbridge staff will not be considered binding terms. Northbridge will not pay a fee to a third party recruiter that has not coordinated their recruiting activity with the appropriate member of the HR team.
It is the responsibility of all third party recruiting vendors to know and follow this policy.
