Beware of Fraudulent Recruitment Communications

It has come to our attention that fraudulent recruitment communication is being made in the name of TruShield Insurance. These types of scams often ask prospective candidates to provide personal information, pay fees, or engage in suspicious activities.

Please be advised:

  • TruShield and its affiliated companies will never ask for sensitive personal information before an official employment offer has been extended.
  • All legitimate recruitment communication will come from official company email addresses either ending in @nbfc.com or from [email protected], not a generic email address.
  • We do not require payments of any kind for job opportunities.

If you are unsure about the authenticity of any recruitment communication, please contact us directly through our official website or email us at [email protected].

For information about legitimate roles for which we are actively recruiting, please visit our Careers page on the Northbridge Financial Corporation website.

We take these matters seriously and are working to address the issue. If you encounter a suspicious communication, please report it to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre and notify us immediately through our fraud reporting form.
